Overview
This website is operated by Crocfit Bespoke ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Using our store
You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or website for any unlawful purpose.
2. Products, colours and custom sizing
We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on screen, and hand-finished embroidery means small variations are part of each piece.
When you order with custom sizing, you are responsible for the measurements you provide. We may contact you on WhatsApp, phone or email to confirm them before your order is made. Custom-sized and altered pieces are made for you; please see our Refund Policy for how they are treated.
3. Prices and currencies
Prices are set in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where prices are shown in another currency, the amount is an estimate for your convenience; you are charged in PKR at checkout and your bank's exchange rate applies. Prices and availability may change without notice, and we may refuse or cancel an order, for example when a product was listed at an incorrect price. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund you in full.
4. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and contact information so we can complete your order and reach you if needed.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and charges are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout.
6. Returns and exchanges
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
7. Third-party services
Payments, delivery and some website features are provided by third parties (including Shopify). Their own terms and policies apply to those services, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Comments and feedback
If you send us comments, reviews, photos or suggestions, you agree that we may use them without obligation to you. You must not send content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes anyone's rights.
9. Personal information
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Errors and omissions
Occasionally the site may contain errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability. We may correct them and update information at any time without prior notice.
11. Prohibited uses
You may not use the site to break any law, infringe intellectual property, harass others, submit false information, upload malicious code, collect other people's data, or interfere with the security of the site.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Crocfit Bespoke against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
15. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after its publication.
