Where we deliver

We deliver across Pakistan and to selected countries abroad. If your country is not available at checkout, message us on WhatsApp and we will check what we can arrange.

Processing time

Ready-to-wear pieces are dispatched once your order is confirmed and has passed our final quality checks. Pieces made with custom sizing, and other made-to-order items, take longer because they are cut and finished for you; we confirm the expected timeline with you when we confirm your measurements.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your address and order. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in the destination country, which are payable by the customer.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we will share your tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp where available.

Store pickup

You are welcome to collect your order from either of our Karachi stores. Please contact us first so we can have it ready:

Delays and incorrect addresses

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by couriers, customs, weather or public holidays. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
